Lithium metal anodes (LMAs) are promising for next-generation batteries but have poor compatibility with the widely used carbonate-based electrolytes, which is a major reason for their severe dendrite growth and low Coulombic efficiency (CE). A nitrate additive to the electrolyte is an effective solution, but its low solubility in carbonates is a problem that can be solved using a crown ether, as reported. A rubidium nitrate additive coordinated with 18-crown-6 crown ether stabilizes the LMA in a carbonate electrolyte. The coordination promotes the dissolution of NO3 ions and helps form a dense solid electrolyte interface that is Li3N-rich which guides uniform Li deposition. In addition, the Rb (18-crown-6)+ complexes are adsorbed on the dendrite tips, shielding them from Li deposition on the dendrite tips. A high CE of 97.1% is achieved with a capacity of 1 mAh cm−2 in a half cell, much higher than when using the additive-free electrolyte (92.2%). Such an additive is very compatible with a nickel-rich ternary cathode at a high voltage, and the assembled full battery with a cathode material loading up to 10 mg cm−2 shows an average CE of 99.8% over 200 cycles, indicating a potential for practical use.  相似文献

In our previous work, phosphorylated chitosan was modified through polymer blending with poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA) polymer to produce N-methylene phosphonic chitosan/poly(vinyl alcohol) (NMPC/PVA) composite membranes. The aim of this work is to further investigate the effects of a propylammonium nitrate (PAN) ionic liquid and/or silicon dioxide (SiO2) filler on the morphology and physical properties of NMPC/PVA composite membranes. The temperature-dependent ionic conductivity of the composite membranes with various ionic liquid and filler compositions was studied by varying the loading of PAN ionic liquid and SiO2-PAN filler in the range of 5–20 wt%. As the loading of PAN ionic liquid increased in the NMPC/PVA membrane matrix, the ionic conductivity value also increased with the highest value of 0.53 × 10?3 S cm?1 at 25 °C and increased to 1.54 × 10?3 S cm?1 at 100 °C with 20 wt% PAN. The NMPC/PVA-PAN (20 wt%) composite membrane also exhibited the highest water uptake and ion exchange capacity, with values of 60.5% and 0.60 mequiv g?1, respectively. In addition, in the single-cell performance test, the NMPC/PVA-PAN (20 wt%) composite membrane displayed a maximum power density, which was increased by approximately 14% compared to the NMPC/PVA composite membrane with 5 wt% SiO2-PAN. This work demonstrated that modified NMPC/PVA composite membranes with ionic liquid PAN and/or SiO2 filler showed enhanced performance compared with unmodified NMPC/PVA composite membranes for proton exchange membrane fuel cells.  相似文献

Manganese oxides of different crystalline structures: α-MnO2, δ-MnO2, α,γ-MnO2 and Mn2O3; were treated with the organic compounds picolinic acid, ethylenediamine and pyridine; and were applied as catalysts in the chemical water oxidation reaction using Ce(IV) ammonium nitrate as sacrificial oxidant. The treatment led to modifications in the oxides properties, such as reduction of the particle size, increase of surface area and partial reduction of Mn4+ to Mn3+ for the Mn(IV) oxides, or of Mn3+ to Mn2+ for Mn2O3, because of favored interactions of the organic molecules with the lattice planes with higher d spacing. Oxygen evolution reaction (OER) tests showed the superior catalytic activity of the treated Mn(IV) oxides, for instance α,γ-MnO2-en presented TOF five times higher than pure α,γ-MnO2. The increase in surface area as well as the higher Mn3+ content caused by the treatment of the Mn(IV) oxides were correlated with the improvement in the OER catalytic activity.  相似文献

Production and world consumption of spices are constantly increasing. Although the antimicrobial properties of some spices are well documented, their use in the agri-food industry is also responsible for microbial contamination and spoilage. Bacterial spores introduced by spices can withstand different preparation processes, particularly thermal treatments, leading to food alterations during storage. This review brings together data from the literature about the prevalence and concentrations of spore-forming bacteria in all commercially available spices. The sporeformers found in spices belong mainly to the genera Bacillus and Clostridium. Such contaminations are very common and sometimes reach high levels, as in pepper and turmeric. Bacillus licheniformis and Bacillus cereus are the most frequently detected species. Studying the harvesting, processing, and storage procedures for spices provides elements to explain why high prevalence and concentrations are observed. Spices are mostly produced in developing countries on small farms using traditional production methods. Spices become contaminated by bacterial spores in two main ways: by contact with soil during harvesting or drying, as for pepper, or by cross-contamination during the water-cooking step, as for turmeric. From these observations, we propose some recommendations. Different methods that can be used to eliminate bacterial spores from spices are presented indicating their efficiency and the limitations of their use.  相似文献

利用水悬浮法将氟橡胶包覆在硝酸肼镍(NHN)表面制备出了NHN造型粉,并将其应用于基础雷管。通过DSC研究了NHN造型粉的热性能,测试了NHN造型粉的机械感度和火焰感度以及工业基础雷管的撞击感度和起爆能力。研究结果表明:氟橡胶包覆能够提高NHN的热稳定性,且热稳定性随着氟橡胶包覆量的增加而提高;NHN造型粉的机械感度均低于原料NHN,当氟橡胶包覆量(质量分数)为9%时,撞击感度下降幅度明显,可达142.9%;NHN造型粉用在基础雷管中做起爆药,可以降低基础雷管的撞击感度并保持其起爆能力。  相似文献

短程反硝化以其碳源消耗量、废污泥产量、温室气体排量极低及无需曝气等优势,被认为是最具研究潜势的厌氧氨氧化底物供给技术,成为近年来研究热点。本文首先介绍了短程反硝化工艺原理;其次从污泥源、反应时间、碳源类型、碳源量及pH等5个方面总结了影响短程反硝化工艺启动因素;随后综述了短程反硝化耦合厌氧氨氧化工艺的重要研究进展,同时指出了耦合工艺实验研究与工程应用的不足,并提出了解决实验与工程应用缺陷的方案;最后展望了耦合工艺处理城市污水和工业硝酸盐废水的可行性及应用前景,认为全面分析工业硝酸盐废水化学组分与基于分子生物学水平的宏基因组学测序、元转录组学技术是未来耦合工艺同步处理城市污水和工业硝酸盐废水的研究重点。  相似文献

尕斯库勒油田E13油藏已经进入高含水时期,储采失衡加剧,综合含水率达到了80%以上,原油产量下降,经济效益变差。为了提高油藏原油采出程度、改善油藏开发效果,调研了国内外减氧空气驱的机理研究以及现场试验的资料,建立了以油藏真实孔渗饱数据为基础的一维条形地层机理模型,并选取该油藏Y12-27井组进行了减氧空气驱可行性验证。研究表明:纵向顶部减氧空气驱驱油效果优于水驱和氮气驱;驱替压力对原油采出程度影响不大;注水转注气可以提高原油采出程度;对于减氧空气驱,由于低温氧化反应的作用,氧气浓度对原油采出程度有一定影响,但比较微弱,其中,氧气浓度为10%时,驱替结束采出程度最高;尕斯库勒油田E13油藏属于注水开发“双高”油藏,适用于减氧空气驱;对于该油藏Y12-27井组,顶部减氧空气驱驱油效果好于水驱和氮气驱,建议氧气浓度超过10%时采取关井等措施。  相似文献

Several hop derived compounds in wort are known to be converted by yeast during fermentation, influencing the overall perception of the beer. A deeper understanding of such metabolic processes during fermentation is needed to achieve better control of the outcome. Here, the interaction between hop derived compounds and the yeast genera Brettanomyces was studied. Several Brettanomyces strains with different genomic backgrounds were selected, focusing on two traits: beta-glucosidase activity and nitrate assimilation. The role of three beta-glucosidases present in Brettanomyces bruxellensis and Brettanomyces anomalus and their impact on the final monoterpene alcohol profile was analysed. The beta-glucosidase activity was highly strain dependent, with B. anomalus CRL-49 exhibiting the highest conversion. Such activity could not be related to the release of aglycones from hops during fermentation, as a substantial part of such activity was intracellular. Nevertheless, the reduction of geraniol to β-citronellol was remarkably efficient for all Brettanomyces strains during fermentation, and it is suggested that two oxidoreductases BbHye2 and BbHye3 may have an influence. Moreover, the transfer of nitrate from hops to wort and its further assimilation by Brettanomyces species was analysed. The amount of nitrate in wort proved to be linearly proportional to the contact time of the hops with the wort. The level of nitrate assimilation by yeast was shown to be dependent on the nitrate assimilation cluster (YNR, YNI, YNT). Hence, the desired yeast strains may be selected according to the genetic make-up. © 2020 The Authors. 使用扫描电镜及能谱分析、化学分析方法,全面分析了使用硝盐浴进行分级淬火和等温淬火时,淬火硝盐劣化产物。结果表明:硝盐反应生成物(Na2CO3、NaOH),设备(主要是盐槽、盐泵、管道)、夹具、料盘及工件等氧化产物(FeO·Fe2O3·Fe3O4),外来物(灰尘,炭黑)是造成硝盐劣化的主要原因。据此,提出了预防淬火硝盐劣化措施:选用品质好的基盐;选用热稳定性较高的混合盐;保持淬火盐浴温度均匀,淬火前后温升可控,尽量避免“瞬间”过热使用;尽量避免外来杂质进入;做好日常维护。并简要介绍了淬火硝盐再生处理方法。  相似文献

研究了红糖、葡萄糖、乙酸钠、甲醇、乙醇、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、正戊酸、混合有机溶剂等10种不同有机物对麝香草酚光谱法和离子色谱法测试硝酸盐氮的影响。结果表明,溶液中含有红糖或葡萄糖时,均会对麝香草酚法测试硝酸盐氮造成影响,使得测试结果偏大;在无硝酸根离子存在时,红糖和葡萄糖的质量浓度与硝酸盐氮的测试浓度非线性相关;而乙酸钠、甲醇、乙醇、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、正戊酸和混合有机溶剂则对麝香草酚法测试硝酸盐氮没有影响。实验发现,红糖和葡萄糖在浓硫酸的作用下与麝香草酚发生Molisch反应,形成有色复合物和红棕色不溶性沉淀。实验采用离子色谱法测试硝酸盐氮时,红糖和葡萄糖等糖类有机物对测试结果均无影响。  相似文献
